I did! Well, okay, I just wanted another reason.
Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
1 cup half & half (Click here to find half & half)
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (or butternut squash)
1/2 cup real organic maple syrup (Click here to find real organic maple syrup)
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (Click here to find pumpkin pie spice)
Pinch of sea salt (Click here to find celtic sea salt)
Blend all ingredients together. Excellent with fresh grated nutmeg on top!
Store any unused portion in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. (This is also delicious poured over a bowl of soaked oatmeal in the morning!)
