Welcome to my kitchen! Sit down, have a cup of coffee and browse a little.
On the sink: Foam Soap Dispenser, and I use this dish soap. I love these strainers in the sink. Microfiber dish cloths for handwashing and cleaning. Under the sink, I have this dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and rubber gloves. Hanging on the stove I always keep a bar mop cloth, we use them for hand drying, dish drying and cleaning up spills. Next to the stove I keep a quart jar of Celtic Sea Salt. On the open shelves I have pantry items that I use regularly: water kefir, fine sea salt, trace minerals, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, coconut flour, chocolate chips, almonds, pecans and walnuts.
One the fridge, I have a 2014 in 2014 Decluttering Challenge Checklist and my current month Decluttering Chart. Open shelves make me happy! My husband made these for me out of pine and I love the natural look. After a few years, I think I might finish them, but for now, I’m enjoying them as they are. This is my “prep” sink, which is actually more of a kid work station. On my shelves: a tea kettle, stainless steel nesting bowls that I use for everything. 6 coffee cups, 6 stemless wine glasses, 8 dinner plates, 8 salad plates, 8 soup bowls, 9 water glasses.
Above the fridge I have an old fruit crate screwed to the wall for a shelf, in it, a basket for my chocolate (yes, out of reach of all the littles!) and a colander.
