Maple Cream Coffee Popsicles

Maple Cream Coffee Popsicles, simple and yummy!
I love different flavors of popsicles and we have enjoy popsicles every afternoon during the summer months. We are all coffee lovers here, so if I don’t hide these away, the kids will snag them up any chance they get. And with teenagers in the house, that tends to happen frequently.
My husband and I enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning, but there is often leftovers (as long as the kids haven’t noticed), so I’ll try to make the popsicles as soon as it cools.
This recipe is basically my everyday coffee recipe, (slightly sweeter) it’s just in a popsicle mold. So, yes, this recipe has been tested over and over and over and over…

Maple Cream Coffee Popsicles

Ingredients:
3 cups cold coffee
3/4 cups half & half
1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and pour into popsicle molds, place sticks in molds and place in freezer. Freeze solid before serving. Makes approximately 12 popsicles.

Popsicle Molds:
I have this one, simply because we tend to loose the “stick ends” and I have had to replace them several times. With this one, I just purchase wooden popsicle sticks and they can throw them away. If your family is great at keeping track of holders, than I recommend these stainless steel popsicle molds.
