Wine Soaked Peaches

This simple dessert has an air of elegance to it and is a delightful taste combination. We’ve enjoyed this on many occasions, my favorite is a low-key get together with friends, often BBQ-ing some Orange Chicken Drumsticks and playing a game of Settlers.
 

Wine Soaked Peaches

Ingredients:
2 peaches
2 cups moscato (approximately)
Vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Slice peaches. Pour wine over, making sure to cover peaches. Allow peaches to soak for 6-10 hours in the refrigerator.
Serve over a dollop of vanilla ice cream, pouring the remaining wine over it.
Serves 4.
