5 Ingredient Trail Mixes


Trail mixes are wonderful to have handy. Any time you are in a rush and need a quick pick-me-up, nuts and dried fruit are the ticket!
These work great for midday snacks, to pack in lunch boxes or to grab on the way out the door if you don’t have time for breakfast.

Tropical Trail Mix
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds
1 cup cashews
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup dried bananas
1 cup raisins
Directions:
Stir all together. Store in airtight container.




Harvest Trail Mix
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds
1 cup pecans
1 cup peanuts
1 cup dried cherries
1 cup dried cranberries

Directions:
Stir all together. Store in airtight container.
In case of nut allergy, just replace the nuts with preferred seeds: Pumpkin, Sunflower, etc.
