A Collection of Simple Valentine Treats

Valentine’s Day is my absolute favorite holiday. I love the simpleness, just showing love through thoughtful actions. And chocolate. Always chocolate.
Here are some simple treats to make your Valentine’s Day special:

melon hearts 1

Hearts cut from melons! Great for a Valentine’s breakfast or brunch and a snack that the kids can help create. These cute little hearts are a perfect replacement to the average sugary Valentine treats.

Lacy chocolate hearts are a perfect edition to icecream or on top of a slice of cheesecake and makes everyone feel special.

And if you want to occupy the kids with making goodies to enjoy, they can join you. It’s that easy!

A beautifully unique table setting that doubles as dessert. Yes please! My family was thrilled to see this gracing our dinner table and everyone was quick to eat all their vegetables since there was dessert staring them in the face.
And these homemade marshmallows are seriously the best I’ve ever had!

Simple treats are a great time to get the kids in the kitchen with you. They can help you measure, stir and then cut out the gummies (and eat the “extras!”).
Besides that, gelatin treats are good for everyone!
