Chocolate Clementines


Colorful, cheerful and chocolate. Perfectly refreshing for Fall and Winter! These cute little beauties will be a hit when served to both young and old.
So, invite over some friends, set some chocolate clementines on the table and enjoy the evening!

Chocolate Clementines

Ingredients:
4 clementines, peeled and separated into their segments
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 1/2 ounces dark chocolate

Directions:

In small sauce pan, heat oil and chocolate over medium low. Stir until melted. Removed from heat. Dip each segment of the clementines into chocolate, covering only half of it. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in refrigerator to harden chocolate. Serve cold.

    Great treat! Easy to make!
    But why add coconut oil? Why not just melted chocolate?

      Coconut oil hardens up quickly when it gets cold, that’s why I use it.
