I’m always trying new takes on grilled meat over the summer…
Well, anything on the grill is good in my book!
Grilled Hake with Cilantro and Lime Butter
4 Hake fillets
1/2 cup butter
2 limes, juiced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Melt butter, mix in lime and cilantro. Spread over hake fillets and marinate 1-2 hours.
Grill on Medium-High heat, 5-7 minutes, turning once.
Serve with extra cilantro lime butter drizzled over the fillets.
