This is one of our favorite weekend breakfasts. Brian is my expert- he makes them look beautiful! I use my large cast iron frying pan, it is well seasoned, so the crepes don’t stick.
Grain Free Almond Flour Crepes
Heat a skillet or crepe pan over medium heat, and melt 1 teaspoon of fat (tallow, coconut oil, ghee, etc) in it and repeat when needed. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot skillet, tipping the skillet, let the batter spread out until it is fairly thin. Use a thin spatula to flip once they start to look dry on the top; about 2 minutes for the first side, it is done when the second side is browned. Repeat with the remaining batter.
This is amazing when served with Crepe Cream and a topped with a berry sauce!
