Ants on a Log

This is comfort food for me. It reminds me of my grandmother, who would take them to every church potluck we attended.
This is one of those snacks that the kids can prepare themselves. After you bring the celery home, wash it, cut it and store it in the fridge ready to go. When the kids need a snack, they just need to spread on some peanut butter and set some raisins on top. It’s a great time consuming snack. 🙂 Yes, I get a good 20 minutes to work on something else while they are quite occupied getting their ants lined up just so on their peanut butter logs.
