Grain Free Peanut Butter Bars

Fall is in the air and it’s finally nice to want to use the oven again! I am home most of the time, but I tend to fantasize about what it’s like to walk into our house with good smells… Now, to be fair, I have walked into the house with good smells. Sometimes it’s because something has been in the crockpot and now, more frequently, it’s because my husband has been experimenting (which normally means SPICY). I love both!
Hence, me fantasizing about it more often. Ha!
I have 3 teenagers in school and a husband that comes home from work, so they get the pleasure of walking into a delicious smell.
This is one that they enjoy walking into:
Grain Free Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients:
2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup honey
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup cocao nibs (Find Cocao Nibs here)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, pour into a 9″ x 13″ baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Best served with a tall glass of raw milk!
