Caramelized Bananas

You know those times when you just crave something crazy sweet? I have just thing to hit the spot: Caramelized Bananas. This is oh-my-goodness good. And sweet. Who know all you need is a little fruit to fill the sweet tooth?
Beautiful by itself, it’s also amazing with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. This is one of those desserts and people fall in love with.
Caramelized Bananas
Ingredients:
3 bananas
1/3 cup sucanat or organic sugar
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon butter
Directions:
Peel and cut bananas into quarters. Melt butter in 8″ frying pan. Place bananas in pan, add was and sucanat. Cook 2 minutes, gently turn bananas, cook 2 more minutes. Pour into serving dishes.
