Learn to change your thoughts from "I don't have time" or "I'm just a messy person" to "I have enough time to do what I need to" and "I am a clean and organized person!"

We all have a past. It's going to impact us. Learn to let go, forgive and move on with your life and home.

It's always nice to be acknowledged for the work we do, but instead of working on things to get that acknowledgment, find what you need to do to do the work for yourself.

Journaling my thoughts was so impactful on this journey. It helped me discover why I was resistant to getting rid of things like I knew I should. It helped me to acknowledge things in my life that had been festering under the surface. And it helped me understand WHY I was really wanting to embrace minimalism.

I have shared this process with everyone who has taken my signature course, and every time I get feedback- the most impactful part has been how they shifted their mindset.

Of course, decluttering your house makes a difference. But mindset work makes for lasting changes. ❤️
