Simple Fruit Salad


Want to be a popular cook with children? Make them fruit salad! This hits the spot perfectly on those calm summer evenings, when no one wants to heat up the kitchen.
Simple Fruit Salad
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 0
Ingredients:
3 cups of different types of fruit (Any work)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon honey
Directions:
Dice fruit into bite sized pieces. Place in bowl. Mix lemon juice and honey together, pour over fruit. Mix thoroughly. Serve immediately, or place in refrigerator.
Also great for breakfast with yogurt and granola!
