Are you ready for a home that cleans itself?
The house can get out of control and feel like an overwhelming burden.
The dishes in the sink are never-ending. The laundry is even worse with the piles of clean getting mixed up with the piles of dirty. The cupboards are busting and the idea of someone stopping by unannounced brings a wave of embarrassment.
You want a tidy home, one that is easy to maintain. You do enjoy having an empty sink and knowing the laundry is clean, folded and put in drawers.
You WANT to be able to open the doors wide and welcome someone when they stop by unannounced.
If only the house would clean itself. If only the normal household duties didn't take SO MUCH TIME.
Using a daily reset, you CAN gain control over your home.
Home maintenance checklists to help you get from overwhelmed to in-control.
- Do you wait to do the dishes until they need to be done?
- Do you procrastinate on laundry because you HATE the process?
- The truth is, our home is the way it is because of the little things we do.
- When we tweak those little things, the ripple effect is clear surfaces and organized cupboards.
I'll let you know right now, that I've been there. I used to wait 3 days to wash the dishes... until every dish in the house was dirty.
I had a pile of laundry in front of the washing machine waiting to be washed and I had a designated LAUNDRY COUCH that held all the clean laundry that I never could seem to get put away.
My house overwhelmed me and I HATED the fact that I had to work on it.
The problem was I was fixated on all the CHORES. I thought about them, I told myself how horrible I was because I couldn't do them right. They weighed me down like shackles keeping me in my prison of despair.
These days, I'm on the other side. I rarely even think of the household chores that get done every day.
I've learned to do them without even thinking about it.
In fact, I was able to change my habits so much, I don't even notice that I'm DOING it and when I stop to look around, it feels like the HOUSE CLEANED ITSELF.
It started with small, daily habits. Not too many- because I tried all those long lists of daily chores. I would give up!
It wasn't until I focused on the simplest, smallest habits:
- Quick kitchen tidy
- Wipe off counters & stove
- Wash the dishes
That's it. It's not complicated - I learned that for me to follow through, I had to SIMPLIFY even my habits.
After a month of being consistent, it changed my entire view of life.
And I have every confidence that you can find the same success.
