Apple Date Snacks

All my kids love Larabars and I try to keep them handy for trips or long errand days, we love experimenting and making different flavors!

We also like them bite-sized.

Apple Date Snacks

2 cups pitted dates
1 cup crispy walnuts

“I love them good!”

1 cup dried apple pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

In a food processor, puree dates, add the rest of the ingredients and puree until nuts are small. Form into walnut sized balls with your hands. Store in the fridge. Makes 30-40 balls.

These make a perfect after school snack!
