Deviled Egg Salad

I love this egg salad! Perfect for lunch and great if you do packed lunches!

Deviled Egg Salad

Ingredients:
10 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise (click here for easy mayonnaise recipe)
1 tablespoon white vinegar (click here for organic vinegar)
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon sea salt ~or more to taste (click here for celtic sea salt)

Directions:
Chop hard boiled eggs, mix all ingredients together.

Serve over a bed of salad greens and top with a dash of smoked paprika, if desired.

    This would make a great gluten free replacement for egg salad sandwiches. Think I’ll make this today.
