One of our favorite savory meals! We love garlic, and tzatziki sauce definitely fulfills all garlic desires. My mouth is watering, just remembering it!
Grilled Greek Pork
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10-30 minutes
Ingredients:
10 pork chopsMarinade:
½ cup lemon juice (about 1-2 lemons)
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoons oregano
½ teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
Place pork in bowl or dish, mix marinade ingredients; pour over meat. Stir to coat. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or more.
Grill for about 5 to 8 minutes on each side for thin cuts, 10-13 minutes per side for thick cuts, until nicely browned and cooked through.
Tip:If you are concerned about doneness and often over-cook your grilled meats; use a meat thermometer. Grill until your meat reaches the correct temperature and it will still be moist and delicious.
Tzatziki Sauce
