Maple Cream Coffee

I know I just shared a recipe for hot buttered coffee last week- but I love coffee, and thinking about coffee recipes made me want to share all my coffee recipes… so you may see quite a few more before the year is over!
This is my typical every day cup of coffee. I get up, make breakfast, get everyone out the door- work, school, etc. occupy the little ones with something creative and sit down for a quiet time with my coffee.
I enjoy some sweetness in my coffee. I don’t really give in to sweets much these days, once one is away from artificial foods for a time, sweets don’t need to be quite so sweet! But I do enjoy starting the day with a touch of maple syrup.
Maple syrup has become my favorite sweetener and I have fallen in love with real maple syrup in my coffee.

Maple Cream Coffee
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon real maple syrup
3 tablespoons raw cream or 1/2 and 1/2
8 ounces fresh brewed coffee
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together in a coffee mug. Sit, sip and enjoy!
