Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

One more reason to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Did you need another reason?
I did! Well, okay, I just wanted another reason.

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
Ingredients:
1 cup half & half
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup real organic maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of sea salt

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together. Excellent with freshly grated nutmeg on top!
Store any unused portion in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. (This is also delicious poured over a bowl of soaked oatmeal in the morning!)
Don’t forget to use an excellent coffee to begin with! Click here to read what type of coffee I drink and why.

Hi there! Could Soy or Almond milk be swapped for the half n half?

I never use milk substitutes, so I have no idea how that would turn out, but please let me know when you try it!

I use dry creamer because I can’t tolerate half and half…guess I have to stick with it

I wonder if the maple syrup could be replaced with molasses or agave syrup?
