This has got to be one of the most delicious meals ever and it is so easy!!
Cream Cheese & Green Onion Chicken
Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat, coat with oil and place chicken tenders in. Cook 8-10 minutes, flipping once to brown both sides. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
Heat cream cheese on low, in a medium saucepan. When cream cheese is warm and smooth, stir in green onion and allow to simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
When chicken is cooked through, place on plate and spoon over cream cheese sauce. Serve.
Optional: Serve on a bed of baby spinach, rice or pasta.
