Crepe Cream

I know it’s not the most creative name…
…and it sounds kind of funny when you hear across the table: “Pass the crepe cream please!”
But it is what it is.
And it’s delicious.
It’s like eating cheesecake for breakfast. Cheesecake doesn’t have a very creative name either and we all love it!!
Crepe Cream
Ingredients:
2 cups drip yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Mix all together. Spread over crepes, pancakes or waffles. But it’s prettiest on the crepes. 🙂

What is drip yogurt?

  Or you can use cream cheese, drip yogurt is what I make at home in place of cream cheese.

I’m just not ready to make my own yogurt…but could i make ‘drip yogurt’ with store bought plain yogurt (the one ingredient kind)?

  Yes, you can. You could also do 1 cup cream cheese and 1 cup yogurt.
