Salmon Salad in Lettuce Wrap

This is a cool summertime lunch and is so quick and easy!

Salmon Salad
Ingredients:
12 ounces wild caught salmon
3 pickles, chopped
4 tablespoons mayonnaise, more or less to taste
1 head romaine lettuce

Directions:
Drain the salmon and put the salmon in a small mixing bowl. Add pickles and mayonnaise, mix well. Serve in a lettuce leaf.
