Grilled Sausage and Pineapple

Needing a simple summer dinner that looks and smells fabulous?

This will have everyone running to the table in anticipation!

Grilled Sausage and Pineapple

Ingredients:
Polish Sausage (sugar and nitrate free)
Fresh or frozen pineapple (I used frozen)
Coconut oil

Directions:
Preheat grill to 400 degree F.

Drizzle pineapple with oil, place large pieces directly on grill or small pieces in a grill basket. Place sausage on grill.

Grill for 7-10 minutes, stirring pineapple and turning sausage when it has grill marks and is bubbly.

Remove from grill, sausage first and then place the grilled pineapple in the center of the platter. Enjoy!
