Kefir Pops- Perfect for Summer Weather!

Looks like a nice creamsicle, doesn’t it?!
And Kefir is excellent for controlling seasonal allergies!
No guilty feelings about sugar or food coloring!
Kefir Pops

Ingredients:
4 cups milk kefir
1 cup fruit
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Blend all together and pour into popsicle molds. Set in the freezer and after a couple hours, pull out and enjoy!
Drink up any extra that doesn’t fit in the molds- it’s excellent as a  smoothie as well.

    Would this work for water kefir too?
