Salmon Patties

Salmon Patties make a great great simple meal and are popular with kids. (Who doesn’t enjoy food that one can dip?)

Salmon Patties

3 (12 oz) cans wild caught salmon
3 eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons coconut oil for frying

Heat frying pan over medium heat, melt oil. Mix ingredients thoroughly, form into patties, (about 2″ round, 1/2″ thick) gently place the patties in the frying pan. Fry for 10 minutes, flip and fry another 10 minutes. Makes about 10 patties,.

Serve with Easy Homemade Tartar Sauce!

Add some minced onion, some dill and a splash of lemon juice, then you have some flavor going. We love salmon patties.

This looks so yummy! I can’t wait to try mine, though I may add some chives, and some freshly squeezed lime juice to mine.
    Thanks for sharing!
