Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles
Yes, I have a love affair of popsicles, and you most likely will find a new popsicle recipe every summer week on this blog. I just can’t help myself! They are so much fun to make and eat!
I think these are particularly fun, just because they look so pretty and like you spent a long time making them, but they are actually really simple, which, in truth, is the best kind of treat!

Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 3-6 large lemons, depending on size)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup warm water
3 1/2 cups cold water
1 pound strawberries, sliced with tops removed
Directions:
Mix warm water and sweetener together until dissolved. Add lemon juice and cold water, mix thoroughly. Place sliced strawberries in popsicle molds, pour in lemonade. Place popsicle sticks into molds and freeze until solid. Makes 10+ popsicles
Bonus: there is extra lemonade! Serve as Strawberry Lemonade for a delicious treat and reward yourself for all that hard work at making popsicles!

Popsicle Molds:
I have this one, simply because we tend to loose the “stick ends” and I have had to replace them several times. With this one, I just purchase wooden popsicle sticks and they can throw them away. If your family is great at keeping track of holders, than I recommend these stainless steel popsicle molds.
